Keystone Symposium: Resolution of Inflammation

Dr. Sanja Arandjelovic and Michal Cholko attended the Keystone Symposium: Resolution of Inflammation June 12-16th located at the Keystone Resort in Keystone, Colorado. This conference will bring together an interdisciplinary group of scientists to explore how immune cells, stromal cells, and neural cells interact to coordinate the resolution of inflammation, and subsequent tissue repair and regeneration. These interactions and functions will be covered in the context of healthy tissue repair, as well as dysfunctional chronic and pathological inflammation. Michal’s poster, ELMO1 Role in Acute Kidney Injury, covered the work that he completed during his year in the A-Lab as a participant in the BioLab program. Due to flight cancelations - Sanja and Michal were stuck in Colorado for an extra day allowing for some extra sightseeing in the area.
